These terms cover your use of AOS Content Engine (at app.themepageinsiders.com), operated by Awareness LLC, a company in the United States (“we”, “us”). By using AOS Content Engine or connecting an account to it, you agree to these terms.

AOS Content Engine

AOS Content Engine helps Awareness LLC and its brand partners research, create, review and publish social media content. Access is by invitation only. We may change or improve AOS Content Engine over time.

Connecting accounts

  • Only connect an Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok account that you own or are authorized to manage.
  • AOS Content Engine publishes only content that has been approved in AOS Content Engine. You are responsible for the content you approve.
  • You can remove AOS Content Engine’s access at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Platform terms

Content published through AOS Content Engine must follow the rules of the platform it is published on.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AOS Content Engine to:

  • break any law or any platform’s rules;
  • publish content that infringes someone else’s rights, or that is misleading, hateful or harmful;
  • access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, or try to break or overload AOS Content Engine.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only as needed to provide AOS Content Engine to you.

AI-generated content

AOS Content Engine uses AI to help write content and create images. AI can make mistakes, so every post is reviewed and approved before it is published. Check facts and claims before you approve.

Third-party services

AOS Content Engine works with services we do not control, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. Their availability and their rules can change, and we are not responsible for them.

Ending access

You can stop using AOS Content Engine and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if a platform requires it. To have your data deleted, see Data Deletion.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

AOS Content Engine is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Awareness LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of AOS Content Engine.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. Continuing to use AOS Content Engine means you accept the updated terms.
