Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the data AOS Content Engine holds about you or about an account you connected. This works the same whether you connected through Facebook Login (Instagram and Facebook), Google (YouTube) or TikTok, or whether you only commented on a post.
How to request deletion
- Email support@themepageinsiders.comwith the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Include the account handle, for example your Instagram @username, YouTube channel or TikTok username, and the email address you use with AOS Content Engine (if you have one).
- We may reply to confirm the account is yours before we delete anything.
- We delete the data within 30 days (YouTube data within 7 days). We email you when it is done.
What we delete
- Access tokens for the account (Meta, YouTube or TikTok).
- The account’s ID and the details we stored with it.
- Post results and comments we stored for the account, including your username and comment text if you commented on a connected account’s post.
- Your user account in AOS Content Engine, if you have one.
We may keep records the law requires us to keep, such as purchase records. Posts already published to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok stay on those platforms until the account owner removes them there.
Remove AOS Content Engine's access yourself
This stops AOS Content Engine from reading or publishing for your account right away. To delete the data we already hold, also send the email above.
- Facebook and Instagram:on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), choose our app and click Remove.
- YouTube (Google): open https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, choose our app and remove its access.
